Steamed egg with snow crab meat

Ingredients

1 block minced snow crab meat   1 block chopped carrot

1 block chopped broccoli         1 tablespoon chopped chives

1 piece kelp                      1 egg

1/2 cup water

1. Crack the egg and fully beat it.

2. Pour the kelp soaked water and add the minced snow crab meat, chopped carrot, broccoli

and chopped chives to well mix them.

3. Pour the egg wash into a bowl and place it in the steamer.

Steam it over a low heat for about 10 minutes.
